Pezhead9000,
When you use OBV, you need to have an overlay parameter for that such as SMA 50 to see how far it is from the line. I used it for a while but it wasn't a great market direction for the stock. I found out that looking at three parameters in Daily, hourly, 15 mins and for daytrading 5 mins chart are the best. I did not find OBV as a great parameter for the stock direction.

Thanks!

perfecto....closing now should be done

PS: looks strong but anyways I am sticking to my plan/count (haven´t seen it on twitter so have to work  )
at this Euro level I'm out of TNA and gold... just in case... futures red... expecting sharp move down in "Power hour"
euro is bullish it´s funny but euro is bullish even in long term (big bull flag) but my gut feelings and my russell/es counts are saying me there is more weakness ahead

rakker wrote:a wuss bear or bull just means tight stops, right? ;)
Originally the “wussie bears” just meant the bears are skittish and jumpy and lack conviction in their shorts and might cover on a dime…. on a moment’s notice……to lock in elusive profits…then that “buy-to-cover” could start a wussie-bear-covering rampage…..then everybody starts piling on top of the longs…..etc

Now it seems like everybody is a wussie (??)… and we are all nuts…….

TIGHT STOPS are for bulls AND bears INTRADAY especially on a “chop” or “range day” like today where right this very minute
nyadv = 1400 and nydec = 1400 and could tip either way

Thanks 4 asking rakkar

Do we really need another chart of TNA...well, you're getting it anyways...

MACD below zero line...can sometimes indicate more down...Stochs below 80 line as well...backtesting 50dma...

/GC Gold Futures Daily Chart.... It looks bearish to me but I think that a squeeze back up to $1735 or $1750 is possible before failure? Any comments?

Gap up,
the 50 SMA that you are using in your chart is how your spy moving avarage in past 50 days . OBV 50 sma is different than 50 sma of a stock. OBV has two factors which are combination of price and volume. When you set 50sma for OBV is actually 50 sma of combination volume and price. See my chart on CSCO,

50SMA Price of CSCO is 18.29.
50sma volume of csco is 40 M.
BUT 50sma OBV is above the blue line.

There is a difference between 50sma CSCO and 50sma of OBV of CSCO. I hope I am not clear as mud.
