Meaning if either of the 2 conditions are met, then I will factor that into my buy decision - I simply use the famous 9:1 DNV:UPV ratio as a pre-condition from which to monitor for a reversal

Trin has to CLOSE >2.65 and dnv/upv has to CLOSE 9/1?
Or are u using it intraday?

EOD (intraday is not as reliable, but in a really bullish market sometimes that is all you get)
It looks like both conditions will be met today ; We're assuming a relatively normal market, but in a real bear like the summer 2011 decline they can come in flurries, and you have to judge which one to act on

Nydec is 2600; I have seen it (rarely) go to 2800 before a breather
But I can’t afford to be greedy
Any little bounce here and the bears will be tripping all over themselves to cover their shorts and book profits
Down -300 points counts as a crash or crashette .........
