which site would you use to view the wtic real time price?

i got confused on these two, do you know the difference between them, is it the first one the same price when use $wtic on stock chart?

not likely. PBOC has recently lower reference rate, i.e. strengthen yuan. yuan reference rate is measured against a basket of currency after de-ped from USD. not sure how that basket of currency composition and weight.
