Wouldn't put it past them! But, my guess is institutional holders are exiting these 3 very overvalued plays and getting into the blue chips.

EUR/USD backtesting head and shoulders breakdown from earlier this week. Major resistence and could reverse the dollar here. Lets see how this plays out.

I double checked my fear indexes, Sell the rally is well intact, my long date MACD is still pointing up not bullish for the market.

Good point, SP! However, IMO, ORCL had only a modest pop, and already gave back some of its gains:
