YES! But the question still remains: as forex traders on this side rotate out of (high) dollar and into (low) EUR, are ppl on other side of pond taking advantage of that push up in EUR to "cash out"? Is that a reasonable assumption considering their banking problems?

All i can say is EUR/USD hit a very important support area, the same that was hit during the worst of 2008 crisis.

I can see a nice bounce from here, if some ECB guy say some "blah blah monetary easying blah blah"

The pair recent lows around June 2010 can be retested. Even then i remember the same everyday doomsayers like roubini predicting parity for EUR/USD. You can read these kind of guru calls as contrary indicators.

One week after that EUR began a one year non-stop rise from around 1.2 to around 1.5.

So, choose your gurus wisely and consult your playbook, its your money on the line.

Thanks EvilTrader, but I don't listen to any Gurus. They try to predict. You guys talk about "what is". big difference - very little, if any, conformation bias!!!
