If CS quits adding shares ( Dilution), maybe the price goes up slightly. When VIX is up by 10%, TVIX up by 7-8% , but when Vix is down by 1%, TVIX is down by 5%.NAV is $2.4082 as I'm typing.
This goes for UVXY too.

it has to be on a constantly decreasing volume. We're not in this case at all.

I would not be surprised if we end at the day's high to put another stake into bears.
