I once remember some stats on up days with declining volume. It looks like spy is on 3 with a chance at making a 4th. Any stats?

The bears need to finish this thing at lower levels. Otherwise, the rally will continue.

it has to be on a constantly decreasing volume. We're not in this case at all.

My internals tell me only if $tick can help, bears will have the day.
