in the past this was recessionary levels, but in july 11 it wasn't.
the 1 mo diffusion of 10 is also the lowest in this recovery and this level (0-20) was apparent before only going to or from recessions. however, it could be that there is some seasonal factors in play that caused the decline in 11 as well. i will be waiting for the next month results for a confirmation.
the indexes go only to 79, so not enough data from that perspective.
