The theoretical basis is Newton's 3rd mechanical law. Some guys might think this is over the edge, but actually it's hardly different than a regular TA channel - difference is that it's not reduced to the y-axis (as in a regular channel), but for the x-axis too...
By the way, my drawing of the green ellipse was skewed..

Hi uempel!
How do you decide where to center the red one. (I can see the height but not sure how you centered at 2pm of the 18th)?

a little bigger picture, again since this is the 2nd try on the high, so no failure allowed for bulls.

Yes, Boss VIXIES are with Bulls, but hasn't been able to push up the market only stopping it from falling!

I am disappointed that bulls chose the Qs instead of the smalls ….I do not like the divergence btwn IWM price and the RVX (see pink)
Note: inverted VIX panel, 5min, pierced bolinger, that’s usually as good an excuse as any for a bounce…(see green)
Also top panel there is not enough power for bears yet

Me too.
Also took a position in SSO which is doing better than Small Caps.
Check out BAC, It is been pretty strong since opening

I never discovered a rule. But the signals on the 1 min are less important that those on the 5 min, those on the 60 min less important than those on the daily. And note that the moves can be quite miniscule...
