Three musketeers update:
I substituted $HXC for EEM, as China is the the Gorilla in EEM, and in life. $HXC is loaded with China ADRs and tracks $HSI closely (can’t use $HSI as it is end of day). Don’t want to use FXI as it is a wanky ETF that moves with the wind/volume. If/when emerging mkts strengthen, we may see it first in China.
Then I added $DAX because Germany is pretty important, and they are one of the few EU nations that still has “money” so germ rules the EU (?). Also, Germ matches our weekend criteria for “weakness” as it has only fib retraced (daily) about 40% ISH. Obviously $DAX looks weird as their markets open/close at diff times, but I will NOT use EWG.
Then I changed all the MAs to 50ema.
So now we have four musketeers: banks, small caps, China/emerging and Germany.
And all at the moment are answering our question (will they continue weakness or will they strengthen?):
All four answer weakness, today
