Don't know, I can tell you that RBC raised mortgage rates here in Canada, albeit a tiny bit. Yeah, it's not the FED but it might be a general direction.

I tried that logical a year and two years ago, didn't work. I moved to believe in short term charts -> intermediate term -> long term
