FXI previous close multiplied by Hang Seng's close divided by Hang Seng's open.
If FXI closes today above that result, that means we bought up China, which is bullish.
FXI is an ETF with Chinese companies. I apply the same concept to India & Japan.
Europe doesn't involve formulas. Make a note of EWG (Germany) at 11:30. If EWG finishes above, Germany should gap up, which is bullish.
What throws off the prediction is if the market rallies on a gap down or if it sells off on a gap up, which is what frequently happens.

Japan, China, & India, all rallied from a gap down last night. Europe is the reason why IWM & SPY gapped down this morning. (SPY gapped down by 10 cents)
