I get you Tabby, my concern is that as much as it went up these past two days, NFLX can go the other way just as easily; it is unpredictable and therefore a huge gamble. For me, that is.
By the time, NFLX and FB to finalize this plan, it will take a year. The privacy act was signed only two weeks ago. My point is people like niece would pay $9/month to watch movie behind my brother's back on her facebook. $9 x 1 M kids contribution = revenue for NFLX.

Who knows ? Maybe the reason the NFLX is going up b/c Some company possiblly would step in and buy NFLX by that time, Wall Street needs to start pumping it now . Maybe FB+NFLX =FBLX company by a year.

only 2 cases in the past 2,000 trading days when both $VIX and $SPX were up on the same day for 3 days in a row.

For you Moonies out there - I keep track of them just for fun....

7 of the last 9 moons have had their turns (no matter when the moon occurred during the week) on the Friday - the other 2 were on Mondays.

Some of the turns have been pathetically minimal like 11-Jan.... but obviously 28-Dec in the afterhours was significant!

Also, November was a Tuesday moon and an epic Friday bottom..... might mean nothing, but it is interesting....

Lastly, for a Moon date - the daily RSI of 81 matches the highest since 2007 - we hit 81 on a certain bullish Friday in September... We have had higher MFI readings so I will not cover them...

other high RSIs in the list:

7-Feb-12 Minor top 2 days later - ie. NOTHING
6-Nov-10 - FRIDAY Major Top with RSI at 78
14-apr-10 - Day after minor top good for a 31pt SPX pullback

It is interesting.... but I would not put much in to it.... What has me puzzled is the failure to have a pullback post opex and the holiday.... last time it took so long to have a reversal was 28-Dec-12 and then the famous post Thanksgiving bottom in 2011.
