I think I have seen the c&h on the indexes from everyone from gil morales to Dan Zanger to Marketsmith's Scott O'Neil. I'm pretty serious when I say I have seen it a dozen times now +1 (prostreet). While I'm long, the only thing I would say to this that anything in the market that is obvious to all participants seldom resolves to the side they all lean to.
