nyadv 1400
nydec 1400
that means that only HALF of the stocks on the big-board are upticking
that means the spy rally is concentrated on squeezing a handful of big stocks (?)
1400 = “chop/range day” technically
that means anything can happen
[caveat: mostly bs]

Hi TraderGirl,
If you have time and you don’t mind, I’m short both MCD (since 95) & CZR (since 13). What’s your opinion on my shorts? I think they both have a ways to go yet.
Thanks in advance,
Joe

Anybody have a good chart or insights on BBBY (RIMM)?

This is a company I don't think will be around in 24 months, but the stock has been whipping around like crazy lately.

Thanks!

Wal-Mart shares are coming under pressure here intra-day in last few minutes. Apparently, the VP stated in an email that February sales trend so far are the worst seen in a decade.

Once again, you never know what trigger will start the correction in overall market. But if this news from Wal-Mart is true, it is a big warning signal from giant retailer.

I don't know about anyone else but personally, I know I have cut back on my trips to Walmart for groceries etc. Grocery prices seem to be going up with the stock market. :lol:
