The accuweather is reporting about 40 minutes ago that a major storm is developing that will hit the East Coast in one week. I am no weather expert, but apparently this storm is being compared to the most damaging storm from 1962 called "Ash Wednesday Storm."

"Months" seems like bullshit (as is most Politico drivel), but it's MUCH harder to gauge when it will end if March 27 is no longer part of the equation.
