Possible bounce at 1306 to back test old Wolfe Wave.

The IYR is not participating in today's selling, which is bullish. I'll probably dump some puts and FAZ today expecting a bounce.

Sold some puts and FAZ at 1314. Not sure if 1305 is hit today but the stats show a bounce (and positive close) is due so I'll wait for that to add to my shorts, although I still am holding some puts and short ETFs for the longer run.

Another important thing. This model is about to show a trend change. In general, the worst possible entry is right as this model confirms the new downtrend (when green/red lines cross the blue line), so more than likely, a short squeeze is coming.

My feeling is that today and tomorrow at the least they will shake out the faith in DIP buyers before moving higher either a dead cat or not.

Here is my FAZ read, now FAZ is entering the SWING BUY zone, I will dip in the weakness until 5dma failed to hold.
