IWM may be finding resistance at the 60 min ema 20 as it did Wednesday. Trend line from July 1st is immediately above anyway.

yesterday saw the first red elder bar (on the daily) since may
participation in SPX (% above 20ma) was at 37.80% [last night]
question is: shall we bounce here like we did in May, or wash out a bit more down to < 20% participation like we did in mid April and late Jan (late Jan=not seen on this chart)

197 SPY Strike is reclaimed heading into European close.
If bulls shot their wad, bears could attack in the afternoon session. Make a push toward 196.
If not, an amazing push toward the 198 strike is possible. There were some P Bars up that way yesterday.
