The chart on the left is a chart of XLE I sent out to Uempel and some others in April 2014, the right side is now...

At that time I said:
"Check out attached...the energy complex rally could be ending soon....we'll see if price starts to see final highs by May??? Sometimes wave 5 can extend, but also sometimes it's a fake-out breakout...?? we'll see if this is an ending wave 5 soon enough...."

Well, we got that ending wave in June....little did I know that it would end up getting an energy crash....

Fed Reserve Jawbone News Warning
At 1:30 Eastern Richmond Fed President Jeffry Lacker speaks. He, I think, is once again a voting member. He was the lone dissenter against QE when he was a voter in 2012. If they need a trigger to take the market down he could be it, or he could be ignored. In any event, it is the last of the four speeches this week, and so far only Evans has moved the market.

Looks like a reversal....a higher bounce and the longer we stay up to test the high would good for more downside....

5 waves down for "a" means at least another leg down....this is on the 1 minute...

Bounce then more down indeed...either this is just an abc down, or it turns into the alternate scenario of 5 waves for for "A".... then could see a bounce of some kind???

Looks like 5 waves down to "A" is going to play out...you never know what kind of bounce you get, could be strong, could be weak, but def to lower high, then more down....
