So this is the possible lower high I talked (red arrow), decisively breaks the blue line would confirm it. Generally though, it'd be a classical breakdown then reversal up. Let's see whether this time is different or not. I have no preference here, wait and see.

Looking like we are stuck in a range.

Well, it was as usual a classical breakdown then reversal up. Now, maybe the real lower high is here (black arrow instead of red arrow)? Not sure as close is near so I give it 51% chances.
