The Nikkei, Hang Seng, & India sold off from their open, mirroring what we did. I figured the SPY would pull this crap today, of setting a white candlestick.

Not the same CAPs guy. The last CAP guy is my long time reader, he gave me credit when I deserve the credit, so I need stand out here to clear him.

Cobra is the best, no reason to caps lock anything here, sure sometimes I forget to vote, so now that Cobra is second I will not forget anymore...

That could change soon, but the rules don’t allow front-running this signal….

My composite trend signal and my summation index signal remain up.
There was deterioration last week and continued weakness could turn signals down this week.

As Friday was a down close, the ARMs sale signal is still technically alive.
An up day today would close this setup.
I closed my short Friday (a bit early apparently).
The trade was on a short leash given some prior problematic price action. So, I wasn't patient in terms of heading for the exit.

Now, the long trade is the problem child.
It is doing well this morning but last week's technical deterioration is a concern.
I have a stop on, and I'll let Mr. Market take me out if that is what is to be.

If I am on Santa's nice list (unclear), I am hopeful to get a twofer stuffing my stocking (profits on both of last weeks short and long positions).
However, there have been reported sitings of the Grinch in Washington D.C. So, the roast beast for whos in whoville could get stolen.
Either way, when the long is done, I am going to sleep until year-end.
