looks like indeed it's 3 push up, so we should have 2 legged down here. still on the 1st leg down.

The other day, I completely ignored this P-Bar because it was in a currency market and because it was so BIG.
Now look.

As you know, CHF is pegged to Euro. So, this foreshadowed the big move of the last several days.
It stands to reason that there has been some very big (central bank size?) money moving.
As you also know, the currency markets dwarf the equity markets (which makes my trades specks of dust on the elephant's butt  )
So, it is no surprise that equities have moved big with the currencies.

What is important now is that the P-Bar is just shy of having been met.
I am inclined to speculate that the recent surge is finishing up around here.
I would like to see the P-Bar get hit to the penny perhaps by today's European close.

This may not mean that things reverse. We could get a consolidation instead.
With OPEX into Friday though, there should be some action.

Then again, this could all be in my imagination... :D

Actually, for IWM I have researched it and there is no warning and no consistent pattern to the dividends - though it is generally post opex:

Sep 24, 2012 0.332 Dividend
Jun 26, 2012 0.377 Dividend
Mar 23, 2012 0.251 Dividend
Dec 22, 2011 0.36 Dividend
Sep 23, 2011 0.25 Dividend
Jul 5, 2011 0.252 Dividend
Mar 24, 2011 0.169 Dividend
Dec 22, 2010 0.357 Dividend
Sep 23, 2010 0.165 Dividend
Jul 2, 2010

Today's dividend is clearly MEGA!

Dividends typically get distributed in June & December. So, I think they're consistent enough. If you research iShares' website or Google it, they'll probably give dates.

Actually they post well in advance of distribution. Here is the current link to the distribution schedule. Notice it was last updated on Nov 12.

Nowadays I have no confidence on 2nd leg up, so although 3 push up argues for 2 legged down, just don't count on it.

Hey Cobra,
Bman here, another infrequent post but would appreciate your opinion as well as the board's on FSLR. Charts which I cannot post looks ready to turn lower and I've noticed large afterhour prints which I'm intrepreting to be funds liquidating and not buying in after the run that has occurred. I love the idea of solar but I don't think it is a high growth/profitability industry. Appreciate thoughts. Bought Jan 32 puts and will spread with next weeks 29 puts likely.
thanks
Bman

I see nothing wrong on FSLR yet, most likely the first meaningful pullback would be bought.

Treasuries could be headed lower in the medium term, but bounced at trend line in the short term...
