volume surge, biggest bar, so might see rebound here first, then perhaps another leg down.

Market Neutral. Carrying longs and shorts.
I hadn't planned to do anything yesterday, but saw the close yesterday, shook my head and hedged.
No technical analysis. I guess I am just a bear.
Will stop out to long if the rally resumes.

My trend signal is up.
My summation signal is up.

Yesterday was a gap up open.
Given where we are, a full retrace today or into Monday would suggest that it may have been an exhaustion gap.
The gap down this morning also hints at a possible island reversal.
So, bears may be waking up. Have to wait and see how things progress before drawing conclusions.

Anyone watching snog should ignore it. It hates gaps and gets wonky for a while. it needs several periods to get dialed back in.

likely pattern. always green arrow recently, the red dashed arrow never happens. let's see any difference today.

I took a pretty aggressive trade on FAS options yesterday with the thesis that financials would squeeze this market higher on $5.75B of POMO:
Friday, March 15, 2013 Monday, March 18, 2013 Outright Treasury Coupon Purchases 12/31/2017 - 11/30/2018 $4.75 - $5.75 billion

But maybe they juiced the market already yesterday...<shrugs>.

Oh yeah, definitely with you on that. And FAS is definitely leading any type of bullish move right now - it's green on the day already. But I forgot about SPY ex dividend - though I don't think it'll be all that effectual.

AAPL at bear flag resistance in hourly turnover phase.
Daily and 4hour signals are bullish...but lets see what happens
