The corporation tax in Canada is 45%.
The sales tax in Ontario where I live is 13%, gas tax is much much higher and plus additional 13% sales tax.
The income tax, say if your income is between $41,544 and $83,088 which I think most Americans here should well pass $83,088 level, but let's say your income is below $83,088, your tax would be 22% + 9.15% = 31%.

Mid BB did its job well, we will retest that area again. no solid divergence that I can see intraday.

Cobra, we actually might be neibours as I am within 100 km of Toronto as well :) in the Orangeville area; are you near the same cardinal point?
