TNA/TZA are based off of the Russell index, that's what you should do the T/A off.
I know. But I'm watching mainly spx. and I need a very good alternative to spy as a proxy for bears. I don't like SH much because of the low volume.

I suggest that you do TA on SPX/SPY but you sell or buy instead with that horrible TNA/TZA. That's some kind of racing Fomullar 1

Hey Al!
For those interested in swing-trading options:
Something to keep in mind: since Thursday is a holyday, weekly options expiring on Friday 12/02 are already available…Officially they now have 8 days to expiration but in reality, only 5 trading days since this Friday is a “nothing-day”.
Why is that important? Because the time premium will drop like a stone …doesn’t matter what Da Boyz are engineering. Thus instead of selling my options profitable trades, this morning, I locked them in, by constructing time spreads, with the short arm to expire next Friday… This also brings in my bank more money.
