Took a gamble and went to lunch with open short positions. I didn't go long. Let's see where is it going to be...$125 again?

I'm sitting here scratching my @ss and wondering should I go long now...

secondly, ends lower, depends on how low, if just the morning low, still too early to call bear.

Just an observation - I just got back after being away for almost 4 hours and read through the posts. There's a lot of bullish bias today (I don't care either way). BUT, While spx is bouncing so is the vix and the tvix price just keeps going up. Just an fyi.

Hard to consistently win in these conditions...batting about 500 just isn't worth the effort is my guess. Personally, I think in the next day or two we may get another chance to get on a trend. Right now my bias is the trend will be down based on the number of reversal etc that we have had over the last couple of days.

Also, the large up gaps with no intra day strength seems awfully suspicious. My research shows that more often than not those gaps will be filled and filled in an agressive manner.

I came back at 2:20 pm and it crashed both internet explorer and chrome. Something about shockwave - Just tried again now and it worked.
