Man, I gotta put this down on a note somewhere, whenever it gets to 50% retracement, it likes to hang out and chit chat. Then when it gets to 61.8% it will either reverse or chit chat more and go up to the next level which is close to 100% retracement.

as long as no sharp pullback, a consolidation here is good for bulls.

there is a scene in inception - where they are sitting at the cafe and the dream all blows up - that's a bit how i feel sitting at Trader Vix right now...

well, hopefully the previous bar was an exhaustion bar, therefore at least bulls take a breath here.
