What does the winking smilie infer?
We stall here… and head down.. and take out the recent lows look for 16-24 month pullback.."like" 2001 and or 2007
hmmm. maybe fake pop to 2632 level before reversal..that would be sneaky. don't think we have crash, see that scenario being batted about, maybe just scare for another rip rally. at least what i hope. 2450-500 next stop on turn and gov't reopening then..
yesterday’s rally was “blamed” exclusively on NFLX raising prices
today’s rally is “blamed” exclusively on banks, specifically GS, BAC, SCHW, USB eps beats
this is last 20 days % (pink is internet; red is banks)

Financial News- Vic Niederhoffer and Laural Kenner made the point in "Practical Speculation" that they always find a news item to fit what the market did. I think what happens is events work as triggers. Did anyone really go long yesterday because of Chinese trade talks and then have their hopes crushed when Chuck Grassly got in front of the cameras? Sure his PR stunt started the selling, but it was a selloff waiting for a trigger. Netflix is just bi-polar. It's like Tesla, what ever they do is good because it is a story stock and if you buy the story then you know they will have a Hollywood monopoly, eventually. Better yet the rate increases won't affect eyeballs that much for the next earnings report. So I will keep referring to them as the new AOL until proven otherwise, because it is the same business model and the same story (monopoly of a new entertainment tech).
I'm going to rain country on a family visit, see you all on Monday.
