gary shilling made a very good point y'day with btv. it is the liquidity rally. fundamental is still there but got ignored. or i shd say it is not as important as the liquidity. low rate is the done deal. now we need fed to pour more money. this is 1 reason previous correlation got all broken down. in the first post we saw canadian market and spx decoup since last oct. can we bet on a correction? no.
people may tell you stock is cheap because of the valuation. there are tons of absolutely problems in corp earnings. the 16% gain of spx is very unsustainable. the projected earning growth is 0% in q1, and 2.5% q2, while spx made dbl digit. if ben says absolutely no qe3, spx shd go below 1000 using current and forecast valuation.
i don't want to argue right or wrong. i don't want to fight against fed or anybody. i just want to find a systematic way to be a follower. it is not too easy lately.

I promise, give me more times, all my trading signals will become more and more powerful because I'm porting them to a more powerful back test platform now, will keep improving them.

And if you follow me enough on the intraday call, you'd have no doubt on my way of recognizing chart pattern. This kind of ability only grows stronger as time goes by.

no touch of EMA20 since the open, this is definitely a strong uptrend day, so bears, don't fight.

100% measured move target reached. I think there's more but we need see how the pullback goes first before doing the next measurement.

very true. i agree with your point of view.

the only problem today is AAPL weak.

Are you looking at the divergence in AAPL? Has it given you any edge on day signals yet?
