We had 3 red candlesticks in a row. Europe still doesn't wanna drop. Maybe today we set a white candlestick.

Kind of surprised this morning.
I had a hunch ISM would beat expectations and figured that would get indexes zooming up.
No zoom...though as I look now maybe it was delayed reaction.
Anyhow, we now have improving economy including good ADP number this morning and QE forever.
So, why aren't we hitting highs?
