I noticed (mostly EOD chart) that GDX is losing its correlation with GLD and spot $GOLD
Maybe because lately real gold is performing better than the miners.

SPY daily doesn't look bullish. Earnings are dropping. Debt to GDP ratios are climbing. No major country has pro-growth policies. etc etc

and baby bear will get frightened

Checking out for the holiday.

If we get a price that looks like a big fat juicy turkey ready for the axe in the days ahead, I may short if I am paying attention.
The trend has not confirmed up yet, and a bottom test will be in order at some point.
My plan though is eat, sleep, watch football and not pay attention. (So sayeth the market junkie...

)
