It's my fault Cobra. Was busy working in clinic all weekend and forgot to vote.Cobra wrote:Guys, I fell to the 2nd place now, please take a little time to vote for me, if you're not stockcharts member, a click of the link still helps as the visits count too, not just vote and follow. Thanks.

Signal switch to long in effect.Al_Dente wrote: IS HARAPA HERE?
I’m still on a short signal on the Harapa MO5 setup
That could change soon, but the rules don’t allow front-running this signal….
We’ll see what Harapa says… he’s on another platform….but so far, we’ve gotten our platforms to align
THIS IS STILL IN THE TEST STAGE
TEST STAGE
Thats fine with me..Yes if the dome breaks the low it will go lower ( most of the time)..On longer term charts the rebound will be slower..I have Apple at 495..Right now it is acting like it may want to make an up move.IMOAl_Dente wrote:Boss here’s an updateKENA wrote:I guess I must have missed something..Does someone not like COBRA and the site..Someone up date me..Thanks.
While we blinked, aapl busted its dome base target
I took the liberty of speaking for you over the weekend”
“”””””” if Kena (“Dome King”) were here, I’m GUESSING he’d say “dome target met… if it breaks below that….it will/could go MUCH lower”””””
True or false?..........or too early to tell?........
That target seems to be very close to my 377 MA...KENA wrote:Thats fine with me..Yes if the dome breaks the low it will go lower ( most of the time)..On longer term charts the rebound will be slower..I have Apple at 495..Right now it is acting like it may want to make an up move.IMOAl_Dente wrote:Boss here’s an updateKENA wrote:I guess I must have missed something..Does someone not like COBRA and the site..Someone up date me..Thanks.

why do you sound so conciliatory? fuck that guy and fuck anyone else who doesn't understand that in this world, everything is based on selling. promote yourself, sell it, let the quality speak for itself, and move on. even the best products aren't just spontaneously sold by themselves, you need to put the word out, encourage your loyal customer base to promote it, and it needs to be done everyday.Cobra wrote:guys, I'm sure not the best, but here's why I need your favor for the vote, but it's up to you of course. If you're offended by my behavior, I'm really sorry, but still I need some stimulus to comment here everyday and for years, never missing a single day, after all, I'm still a human, right? Thanks for the understandings.
Agreed, very well said uempel and big thanks to Cobra!uempel wrote:I'm very grateful to Cobra for offering us a forum and a blog for our thoughts and charts, I really appreciate both. The most important issue for me is that the ideas and concepts shown by all participants make sense - so that I can gain insights, improve my knowledge (and hopefully my trading). That's the real value I get from Cobra's blog.
As to aapl: it fell through 377, but rebounded at 501.23

it's not like you're plastering "get rich fast schemes" and "trader workshops" that promise to teach you the markets in a 3 day class every 5 minutes on every website, media outlet and screen shot. and you're not the AG Edwards 1 month-old financial adviser knocking door to door promising you the best ideas and services in the world.
i've worked on a trading desk at one of the worlds largest futures firms, at a macro-focused hedge fund, and currently run my family money, and now own my own investment firm for the past 4 years (all of these prior and current experiences required[s] the ability to sell), and although your style isn't exactly my own, i stay tuned because of the quality of your reporting, the fact that you validate your thesis through quantitative and qualitative research, and that you OFTEN say "i don't know" and "not quite sure" [of direction]. you're the best in terms of non-professional (aka paid research from internal bank groups), and even side by side, you perform quite well comparatively. anyone who comes to this board and solely uses your analysis is sure to blow up their accounts. i don't even trade short term anymore, but i like to know what the market is doing on a real time basis - and you happen to show a keen understanding of the shorter to medium term moves in the market.
point 1). technical/quantitative analysis of the highest quality is used at the largest hedge funds more than you guys may realize.
point 2). anyone who wants to be "successful" needs to promote themselves with vigor and with no shame.
point 3). this has taken up way too much of my morning sucking Cobra-face - i'm not a big proponent of lavishing compliments on the man, but i find it ignorant for someone to disparage a guy doing what he needs to to make a living.
good day and good luck.
for people who aren't skiddish of CEF's, looking for a longer term investment with superior yield and diversity into non-government/corporate fixed income, MHN just poppped onto my radar.

Note, a good/strong move happens when all VIXies lineup in the same direction. Not seeing this at the moment.Al_Dente wrote:ok docboss thanksHarapa wrote: Signal switch to long in effect.![]()
