JNK still green today. So, that canary in the coal mine is still tweeting.
I have some support appearing between SPX 1413-1416 (basically 50 day MA and center of a Keltner channel).
Perhaps a hold for awhile or bounce in that neighborhood.

Shown in bottom two panels, but signal has other considerations not shown on the chart.

If you really really really really want to buy something, would it be nice to see the black or white bar/candle from this DAILY SPY:VIX? just saying

I think SPX may hit 1408-1410.

Intraday, sell GLD, was waiting for the rip sell spot, but I guess chasing is inviting....nah...wait.

I didn't see any good setup yet. Really, this Fiscal Cliff stuff really hard to trade. I think there's not enough time for any deal.

I have a feeling that they are waiting for all the sheisters to get back to their trading desks in New York after the holidays.

They'll wait until beginning of next year, in my opinion. Passing this year = tax raises but same thing next year after the automatic changes take effect = technically not "raising the taxes on the rich"

Come to papa I got left chart for swing set up, right chart is intraday, so....intraday is a go evil now on GLD

2 legged up rebound, not up much, so the bias still is down.

Maybe this sell off is attributable to lousy Christmas sales, the weakest since 2008.

I wonder if sales of gift cards are counted as sales

Uptrend still intact on a daily chart (weeks) time frame. Seasonality also favors holding Smallies here.

Overbought conditions are now burned off as well.

Double bottom on 15 minute SPX?
