Clark here is ST coffee what I think it's going on there, will post some charts in WW
break above 150 would likely negate the last leg down
My satisfaction always came from beating the market, solving the puzzle. The money was the reward, but it was not the main reason I loved the market (Jess Livermore)

Worked hedge yesterday. Strength today would stop it out.
My composite trend indicator is up but issued a potential change in trend warning yesterday. Continued weakness could possibly turn it next week. Guessing it will hold though.
My summation signal remains down and sent a fresh signal yesterday. It would be shortable, especially if yesterday's lows were broken, but for the fact that MO is oversold.
So, nothing to do here. Worth revisiting if the MO corrects back to the zero neighborhood as a rally may be a set up to retest yesterday's low. The opening trade this morning got MO out of oversold intra-day but not close to zero. Need to see how the day progresses.
I look forward to see how the week closes this afternoon. Looks like trading equities may get more interesting in the day's ahead.
What does MO stand for? I don't think you are using it as "momentum", so I don't quite know what you mean...

I think that means that the futures traders of MEDIUM TERM VOLATILITY are a bit bullish at the moment
They don’t believe my sell-spy signals on my daily charts...

The far end of VIX term structure (which what VXZ represents) tends to "not in alignment" with the near term end on turning points;usually it is early for buy and late for sell SPY.
Currently all in sell mode.
thanks !

AD: SPY PnF Target still 162 despite two-day correction:
Here are the kind of pullbacks we have had in the past, so I am assuming we get it again...A then B, then 5 waves down for C...but sometimes it's not so easy to see until after the waves have developed.
I knew we would probably not see a lower low after Nov 16th because I could count 5 waves down for "C".. many were expecting another low as we had back in June '12...I was not...
One of the EW attributes is that when wave 2 is simple there will usually be a more complicated wave structure for wave 4, and vice versa..you can see the difference...
My charts don't indicate a long drawn out correction, but you never know...sentiment changes on a dime....my long term chart indicated we would see resistance at 14,000 and we could not stay above...now it shows we 500-700 pt pullback...but sometimes price on my chart is not totally accurate...but we will see...

And my "summation signal" is a treatment of the McClellan Summation Index, which is derived from the McClellan Oscillator.
These are my lenses for studying breadth, which I like to do as a separate matter from my composite trend indicator which primarily studies measures of price and volume.
looks like I was wrong. this rebound has legs, so it could indeed be bullish falling wedge.
