$VIX is now back to where it can surprise the market, but counter trend bears should know the rule by now.

Very nice 78.6% has been reached. 100% at 165.87 very high probability now
Let's see how price reacts at the 165.00 whole number
Price is acting well, slowing down at 165.00 is reasonable, time to shake until 1-2pm I guess :P Fun morning

for hard core counter trend bears, see /es standard sell the rip on hourly is still intact, for new position this time I will wait for the RSI drop below 60 to go evil on it, with tight stop. same game same rule, rinse and repeat.

Ned Davis Research
Cash-adjusted PE Ratio

“…companies hold a near-record $3.8 trillion in cash and short-term investments… total cash accounts for roughly 26.1% of total market capitalization for the S&P 500

The chart below shows the cash-adjusted P/E ratio for the S&P 500. This measure removes cash from the total market cap and subtracts non-operating income from earnings…
..When adjusted for cash, the S&P 500 P/E multiple is 13.1, which is below the long-term average of 15.4, indicating that the multiple may have room to expand further.
..Q3 2011, the cash-adjusted multiple fell to 8.2. This was the lowest level for the ratio since Q3 1982, which happened to coincide with the end of the 1966-1982 secular bear market, offering additional support that valuations may have gotten low enough for the start of a secular bull market.
While the ratio implies a fair value near 1400 for the S&P 500, the multiple does not suggest valuations are stretched. In fact, most of our P/E measures do not suggest extremely overvalued conditions…”

Anyone thinking blow off top? Hmmm wishful, delusional, unbernankanized thinking.
Trend ADX strength weak here. Not saying this move is done yet though. but this is when, once
again, revert back to 60 min or less for sell off signal or hike up and hold.

I am on sell the rip on this time frame, posted not too long ago, for me wait for RSI to turn down below 60 before making the move.

This is what Corey Ronsenbloom calls a feedback loop that drives the market up because sellers are failing and getting baited. Buy the dip/breakout, make money. Easy as that :D

Past few days - GOOG, TSLA are huge popular trains that everybody played
