Good point! Great timing too. That's how you clear the inventory at a good price before the weekend...

Divergence don't matter if you're in a strong trend. Correct?

Need a combination of resistance plus divergence to pick a top.
yes, I combine with pattern too. Of course I know divergence doesn't matter.

Can't wait, this bear is hungry.

Any info from the bond market?
Actually if the bears can push hard into the close, bears have a big chance MOnday

and if the bears are too weak, then wait patiently....
I am unbiased to the direction. When I am short bonds, I look for when to cover..

it is a strong weekly close with strong candle, so bears need more time I think 8-)

Who else thinks a 1185 retest is guaranteed? Just bought some SPY October 22 118 and 123 puts for this swing trade.

Hope so. The bears are getting hungry and you know what happens when a bear spots raw meat. This bear is starving and ready to jump all in.

I closed my SPXU position that I opened at market open today. I have watched Sunday night futures ramps for all of 2 years now.

No need to fight the tape. If we don't break down at all over the next 1-2 weeks, I will have to revise my probability of a visit back to 1360s highs. Certainly NAAIM screams out short squeeze can continue, and short interest is still high, albeit off the highest point. 200 day moving average is only a stones throw away now. Impressive counter-trend rally so far.

It all still matters, let there be no doubt about that :)

NEAR TERM (1-2 weeks): Bearish (though this isn't exactly working out so well)
MEDIUM TERM (1-2 months): Bullish
LONG TERM (6-12 months): Bearish
