Daily SPY is below her 5ma and 10ma (bear)
But the RSI-2 on the daily is 2.74
It hasn’t been that oversold since august, oy

My most sensitive daily charts would give a sell/short signal TODAY if we closed right here but the less sensitive ones would need at least 1 more day of good downside action to flip them over. Plus since longer time frames dominate shorter ones (I'm not sure if that's an agreed upon rule or if I've just read that many times) the quarterly/monthly/weekly charts are all bull-biased so any correction we may have will be similar to May/June of this year (shallow) before continuing up.

PS I've only been a chart-o-holic for a few years now so take me with a grain of salt. Most of what I come up with is just a repeat of other more experienced people.

Plus all these momentum systems we come up with are all a matter of sensitivity right? Heck on a weekly these same charts I use would have had me long since the Fall of 2011. Fortunately for my retirement accounts I have been!
