So odd- complete collapse in volatility at all time highs ( not to mention individual names being sinister in either direction). not a hint of worry in a tape thats acting like an inveterate drunk for the last month. Magic levitation with the Mcclellan banging against extreme overbought levels and the market respecting the 3 day SMA

The Canadian Dollar is set to fly against the dollar. I think the dollar is doomed because the 20 yr treasury vs TIP is way way too high. Last few times it was this high the dollar crashed.

On the technicals. Well, it is at the bottom of a clear channel.

BPNYA is super-strong, but SPX looks like an injured bull, creeping up some cobblestone street. Has not shown any bullish jumps for the last few hours. Was SPX bitten by a Cobra?

The VIXies (shaded areas) are inverted so they conform to the indices, in other words, when the indices are up, these 1/VIXies should be up.
You can see these have been weak but UP since the mid-october low
When that changes (and it will), we will too
