Fear on UVXY, a closed in green today will indicate the bottom is forming, a closed above 41.70 will confirmed the bottom is in and should have a good 5-10% run (warning very high octane stuff here)

Every sector that I track is currently consolidating in the middle of its daily range, but most are twd the upper end. None are near breakout.

Noteworthy strong today-- SMH (semis); weak-- KRE (regional banks)

Huge intraday meltdown in EWZ and ILF, other EMs more stable.
