This is our first workable higher low in days (green arrow)
So bulls MUST stay above that higher low @ 197.60-ish [CORRECTION: 187.60]
Bull above, bear below 197.60 [CORRECTION: 187.60]
(you could call it an inverted H&S but the neckline renders that pattern functionally useless)
