there is a remote chance which i cannot rule out, es hit 1161-1163 area
this is a successful call. make a target to cover at 1129.75 with trailing stop of 2.0

add: well me out at 1136.25 right after i put in the above post. :(

add2: this place is too quiet. i think i can keep on adding things. the trend is still down. the overbought need to be corrected.

add3: notes on gold. yesterday gs recommend sell. today rumor saying europe central banks are going to sell reserve to finance deficit. gold got a 60 point blood bath today.

Here is chart.
As far as I remember your target was reached last night by futures - SPX futures went down to about 1060.

if you have to buy something, or like 401k/ira accounts u need to park your money, try some xle or energy-like things.
t-bond is no safe heaven no more. if u have to buy bond for portfolio mandate, try short-term bond or money market type.

if bulls can manage the 3rd touch on the resistance above, then chances are it'll be broken, so bulls need a little more push up here.

Today is very positive day over all, new HOD will confirm short term bullishness, sell the rally still on, but nice to see the free fall to end.

May I ask how do u know where to put these orders? IE: what price? I dont' trade this kind of stuff but I am very interested in hearing you out.[/quote]

Shumushu, you've got to look at channels, MAs (linear and log), past support and resistances on the daily, weekly, monthly. And don't forget the Fibs. You've got to find your own technique. On SPX I'm now looking at 1150/55, 1170/75 and even the daily 377 MA which is now at 1209. The drop to SPX 1119 was crazy, the bounce might be similar...
