Al, the signal sure is bullish...

Can’t fight a squeeze to HOD
(although trin disagrees, and nyadv is only 1666)

Close up of SPX noon signal. Note how market action was a bit early. I'm not yet one-hundred percent sure about this trade...

Yeah, close up shows that pre-noon action was bullish, afterwards it stalled...

one more push down to exhaustion gap of some kind before a rebound. still too weak, something is missing unless we push up much higher today by the close.

137.54 is limit.
For SPY, a close below 137.54 will result in completion of Tom DeMark’s sequential count with “perfect” setting. For EEM a close below 40.32 will do the same. Completion of this setup can be used to enter a long position. Algoes love this guy. Buyers beware, watch futures after 4PM EST!

Nice article BachNut, very bearish implications. I tend to brush aside any thoughts that the market might tank more than 10 percent. I guess the last three years have skewed my brain, not much room for überbearish scenarios in my thinking. An SPX move below 1260/80 would catch me flat-footed.

As to the FT, it's the only paper I enjoy reading. And the lady loves "How to Spend it"... :D

I don't like this pullback, only proves it's a range day, although chances are there'd be another attempt on the day high.

Did you fire the chauffeur - because he was not taking care of the car properly?
