It's Friday and I don't think anyone is trading this. There seems to be a slight downward bias to orders but it takes little in the way of HFT bidding to stop it.

Maybe they found out the loss is double the 9 billion...... haahahah.

JPM does't care, it's only 2 Quarters profit to them..

how is it 2 months? they earn under $5B a quarter. if it really is a $9B loss, that's nearly half a year's profit off the table...
disclaimer, i'm long JPM.
Correction, 2 Quarters...

haha...sorry didn't mean to sound so harsh. it's a fairly large deal though.
i mean, it's like if one of us (say your account is 500k), who is used to earning 20% a year or 100k, has to then live off 50k cuz we took a monster loss.

miracle rally is far more often than miracle dump, so generally forget about the dump you can.

A red candlestick would be nice. Yesterday, we set a white candlestick when we should've set a red one.

Been thinking a lot about this EU situation. Many large countries, not just the EU, have much at stake in their own stock, bond and financial markets. A solution may/may not be reached. But I firmly believe much pressure will be placed on them to be VERY careful with the press releases on results. I think they will want those press releases to "at least" give investors "the impression" of a good outcome. Perception is the game afoot.
