It wasn't solved in 2009. not in 2010 either.

OK. lets do the entry number again shall we?

Real top is in the 1230 ~ 1250 area.
this move really surprise me, I got 75% of this move right but the last 25% I was way off. well counter trending is exciting alright ;)

I bought puts on the Q's and this morning sold all my longs. I'm now 25% of my account short and waiting for 1220 on the SPY then. I'll short some more at 1220, if we don't blow past 1220 and hit 1250 that is.

need to watch for another bar, but i think the momentum is gone. 1209.75 could be the top for next couple hours.
The goal is not uniformity. It is understanding and idea exchange.

aren’t u one who posted… quiet student…praise teacher…etc…. I think I even cut/pasted that one… it was so bloody profound

BTW: got a good link for little equity joes who don’t trade futures but need 2 pay more attention … I’m using this till I can find better
http://quotes.ino.com/exchanges/futboard/current/
specifically I need:
Ideal = four intraday charts on one page, auto or manual refreshable, on: 2s10s30s (2 yr treasuries, 10 yr treasuries, 30 yr) and munis
Second choice would be just the 10s30s and munis, three intraday charts on one refreshing page
Third choice would be anything better than finviz.com or ino.com

what would be great here is if we pullback before the 1220 spx target that everyone is looking at, trapping late bulls and pissing off bears alike but we would still have made a higher high on the overall picture. so my thesis is that NOW we will get a pullback . lets see

Yesterday, the USD 50DMA made a bull cross of the 200DMA (at 76). These don't happen very often. Today the USD is falling all the way down to test that cross.

All my TNA entered last week was shook out yesterday with 39 stop (too tight). Will follow my plan to scale out half of my SPY calls between SPX 1210 ~ 1220.
