Bernanke is speaking tomorrow also, wonder if that will have an effect on the markets, wonder if we go down into the speech and then slightly recover...??MrMiyagi wrote:GOOG is your key. Probably.TraderGirl wrote:I am wondering if we gap lower tomorrow morning??
Flags should point in the other direction of the initial move, in this case the channel should point down not up so it's not a flag.grachu wrote:cobra are we not tradying on a huge bear flag? from your last post it seems....
Maintain the big picture. everything goes as planed.grachu wrote:cobra are we not tradying on a huge bear flag? from your last post it seems....

price level confirmed a reversal and must stay above that level.Harapa wrote:Thanks. What does yellow circle represent?BullBear52x wrote:Paging Harapa, looking good on both.
Might I suggest you read (but don't trade it greatly) Elliott Wave Principle. Three wave moves are an A-B-C where C tends to be .618, 1.00, 1.382, or 1.618 of the first A move. The overwhelming majority of the move up from December 19th were A-B-C moves. As per the theory itself, that is utterly illogical. But it's not, apparently, when instead of humans, computers have programmed in "wash-rinse-repeat", and there is no volume to stop them. So we see the smaller time frame A-B-C more often, while the longer time-frame (but who really trades long-term?) holds together but intermediate gets the rules shattered routinely. At one point I thought EWT was a gift. Now, aside from these smaller moves, it is a curse as it is plainly gamed and all bear moves are stopped. To think they don't specifically break patterns would be blind to what the mkt has become. It's why with bad news the mkt gets turned. They are fully aware of what it says and when it says DOWN they just won't allow it.MrMiyagi wrote:Cobra, I could make a living just by buy/selling from your measured move targets.
Kudos to you.
