So far the pullback can be seen as a kiss goodbye to the blue line, no to mention the big red bar usually means overreaction, so FOR NOW, cannot say anything bad yet. Also NFP day is known for open high go lower or open low go higher.

Standard Register (thinly traded) acquires WorkflowOne in a transaction valued at $218 mln (SR) 3.00 : Co announced that it has acquired WorkflowOne in a transaction valued at $218 million, financed by assuming $210 million of long-term debt and the issuance of warrants with an estimated value of $8 million. Standard Register expects to achieve $1 billion in annual revenue and $40 million in annual savings when the integration of the two companies is complete. The acquisition is expected to deliver value creation benefits immediately from combined sales and operating capabilities and to improve 2013 EBITDA.

My summation index signal is neutral. Showed some improvement yesterday.
My composite trend signal is up.
No sign of exhaustion at this point except on the part of bears.
Not much progress into yesterday's gap (though Dow took a crack at it) in spite of missed NFP.
VIX is crumpling. Fear is gone.
Seems like more up ahead.
