See now, you can't just skim over something like that, you need to put some more details in there!!
Well, he and his employee created a separate LLC during my divorce and they have been siphoning off assets and clients to this new LLC before my divorce was settled...so that is called a Breach of Fiduciary Duty...if I can prove this, then I can hopefully take them both to a civil/criminal court and sue them for conspiring to commit fraud...it would be nice to see them go to jail...but that probably won't happen...
I have hired a private detective to do some work for me...it will take some work to get hard evidence of this and then to prove in court...it's quite an endeavor...but I am determined to catch him in this lie...
Wha? Wha??? Last I remember you were living the life with a couple of kiddos on the peninsula.
Where have I been? Divorce? Fraud? JAIL???
I thought you were just off making a fortune on your new proprietary site. Geez Louise. So sorry TG.

If you've never been in a protracted lawsuit you might want to talk to some people who have. It takes YEARS not to mention the amount of time, money, and energy. Having been in two (that's enough for 5 lifetimes I assure you) hindsight taught me that it's best to avoid lawyers and courts at all costs, even if it means someone got away with something. Of course you have to weigh possible ROI of such an endeavor but make no mistake, a lawsuit like this will be costly and painful.
“The one great principle of the English law is, to make business for itself. There is no other principle distinctly, certainly, and consistently maintained through all its narrow turnings. Viewed by this light it becomes a coherent scheme, and not the monstrous maze the laity are apt to think it. Let them but once clearly perceive that its grand principle is to make business for itself at their expense, and surely they will cease to grumble.” Charles Dickens
I have been in one serious lawsuit...they settled because they knew they were wrong...wrongful termination, among other things...
And I was in a 5 year divorce and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars for that. I know what it takes...been there done that. This is for retribution of a different kind. This is for the principle... to bring him to justice and to let him know he can't do whatever he wants and get away with it. I will not allow him to just get off that easy. I will make it difficult for him, not easy. He is used to getting his way and skirting the law...us normal people with a conscience don't think like that. I want him and his employee to be brought to justice for all that they have done... this is a matter of principle of what is right and wrong.
If I am able to prove this it is not only going give me satisfaction from a principle standpoint, but the ROI would be worth it. No small change...but this is more for the principle than the money....he is my enemy that I have to bring down....

This is a reminder to all the bulls out there: be careful, market tends to turn on a non-event. In 1998 it was the Asian economic crisis which turned out to be a minor glitch.
