Michael Kors (KORS) will join the S&P 500 tomorrow and replace NYSE Euronext (NYX), which is being sold to IntercontinentalExchange (ICE).

Well, he and his employee created a separate LLC during my divorce and they have been siphoning off assets and clients to this new LLC before my divorce was settled...so that is called a Breach of Fiduciary Duty...if I can prove this, then I can hopefully take them both to a civil/criminal court and sue them for conspiring to commit fraud...it would be nice to see them go to jail...but that probably won't happen... :(

I have hired a private detective to do some work for me...it will take some work to get hard evidence of this and then to prove in court...it's quite an endeavor...but I am determined to catch him in this lie...

Mid to long term marks buy the dip on all major indexes, so LOD today is line in the sand on them.

IWM buy until it fails, SPY and DIA all the same.

Bulls need to prove that bears are wrong here, new lOD will tell different story.
