I see nothing wrong on the chart. It's gap up every day, then pullback during the normal hours every day except yesterday.

INDEX dailies.. NDX, COMPQ recapture 50d... SPX closes to new highs.. and TRAN... everyone else lags atm... VIX still no where near the lows 11.69 (2013) 9.69 (2007)...fwiw.

My summation signal turned neutral for the SPX yesterday. Still down for R2K.
It could turn up for the SPX today and neutral for the R2K.

My composite trend signal turned neutral yesterday. It is not close to turning up but a bad day or two could turn it down.

If my summation signal turns up today, I'll end up neutral with longs and shorts at some point. Some shorts will be closed for a loss.
The signal has a wide birth given that we are still in the month end period.
I'll respect my signals, but want to see trade later in the week before drawing firm conclusions.
That said, it looks like we are headed for a bullish resolution of the recent trading range.

The last two days threw the 60 min cycle for a loop, speeding up and shortening at the same time, what with end of quarter window dressing, etc. The Daily Stochastic turned up, and the Weekly may also, depending on how this week ends. As feared, technical negative divergences, and even the rotation into defensive sectors, is giving a bum technical steer, unless this turns out to be a Bull trap. Currency crosses are favorable. Here is an updated 60 min cycle chart, with pivots as indicated and current area for a bear reversal. The retrace can't be calculated until a high is in. The current Hi to Lo average is about 8 hours down and -1.6%.
