So an updated version of the 3 Peaks and Domed House pattern I did on the RUT months ago ..

Still not sure if the "top" 23 is in.. or 23 is really 21.. with a new all time high yet to come to make a 23. One point the pattern states is the move from 14-23 = 7months….. the labels now show 14-23 = 4.2 months.. .. (10-23= 6.2 months) "IF" we make a new high around June 18th that would equal 7 months from 14, would change labels 23 to 21… and the new high would be 23. It does looks very pretty at the moment… with that nice open gap to fill at 25.. and possible H&S.. but if it needs more time.. a higher high could happen… and we still "could" have a pattern.

The only know value of the pattern if it plays out is the target.. 1040 range.. so… maybe you can back the truck up & go short ..and enjoy the summer off! (just kidding)..

Pretty expensive hedge so far out-of-the-money, solo puts in that amount always gets everybody’s attention.
Looks like a crash bet. A pro would have shorted some calls, spread, to defray the cost, no?

For what its worth all three of the standard momentum indicators I use on both the ES and the TF signaled an end to buying at 11:30 EST or as I call it, the London close. However the DI's show no selling pressure, just an absence of buyers.

NYSE advancing volume = 1.1x declining volume
Bull bias is weak… it’s more like a chop/range day at the moment…
